KundaliniUniversity.com (the “Website”) is operated by Guru Singh LLC, doing business as Kundalini University (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.

• Payments are processed by third-party providers. Guru Singh LLC is not responsible for errors or issues caused by these providers.
• Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the refund policy outlined at the time of purchase.

7SMS and Text Messaging

Guru Singh LLC, doing business as Kundalini University, operates an SMS program for people who give us a mobile number and tick an SMS consent box on our Clarity Call booking form or our contact form. Consent to receive text messages is optional and is never required to contact us, to book a call, or to purchase anything from us.

What we send

Transactional messages, if you tick the transactional consent box:

• Replies to an enquiry you sent us
• Confirmation of a Clarity Call you have booked
• Reminders before that call
• Notice of a change to the time of your call, or rescheduling information

Marketing and promotional messages, only if you tick the separate marketing consent box:

• News about upcoming trainings and workshops
• Enrollment dates, scholarships and offers

The two consents are independent. Ticking the transactional box does not opt you in to marketing messages, and you can withdraw either at any time.

Frequency and cost

• Message frequency varies, and depends on the appointments you book and the consents you give.
• Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.

Opting out and getting help

Carrier liability

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle mobile information. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

• The Website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• Kundalini practices and teachings involve physical and mental activity. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
