Do I need any Kundalini Yoga experience?
None at all. This experience is designed for complete beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Guru Singh guides you through every breath, every posture, every moment. If you can sit, breathe + press play ~ you are ready.
How much time do I need each day?
Each session runs about 60 minutes. With the journaling prompts, plan for about 75 minutes per day. Most students practise in the morning before their day begins, but the sessions are available on your schedule.
What if I miss a day?
Each session unlocks sequentially, but once unlocked, it stays available forever. You can take a day off and come back. The practice will be there when you are.
Is this just yoga postures?
